You can get a full refund if for any reason you received an empty report. However, all requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
You can submit a request to obtain a full or partial refund of your vehicle history report within 14 days after your purchase. In case of membership, You are typically limited to receipt of a single refund per subscription.
Repetitive refunds are not permitted.
In order to process any refund request, You must supply Us with all pertinent information: last 4 digits of your credit or debit card, your name and billing address.
