IT APPEARS THAT A BATTERY WIRING HARNESS LEADING TO A FUSE BLOCK OVERHEATED AND CREATED A FIRE IN THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT FOOTWELL, INVOLVING THE WIRE HARNESS ITSELF, THE WIRE HARNESS COVER, THE FUSE BLOCK, PASSENGER COMPARTMENT CARPET AND NEARBY COMPONENTS. IT IS UNKNOWN WHEN THE FIRE OCCURRED, THOUGH WE BELIEVE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY IN THE GARAGE SINCE WE DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY SMOKE WHILE IN MOTION. FERRARI NORTH AMERICA HAS BEEN INVOLVED/INFORMED.
