DIFFICULTY OPENING MAIN DOOR HANDLES. THEY ARE VERY FRAGILE AND I JUST HAD THEM REPLACED. THEY STICK WHEN OPENING. I SEE PREVIOUS MODELS HAVE SIMILAR ISSUES WITH THE DOOR HANDLES. IT COST $500-$600 EVERY TIME WE REPAIR THEM. *TR
2015 MERCEDES G63 WITH 27,000 MILES REQUIRES REPLACEMENT OF CYLINDER HEAD AND REPLACE VALVE SPRING RETAINERS DUE TO LEFT CYLINDER HEAD WITH EXCESSIVE LEAK DOWN.BEARING CAP BOLTS ,HEAD BOLTS ,HEAD GASKET FRONT TIMING COVER TIMING CHAINVALVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD STUDS AND NUTS,SPARK PLUGS .STATIONERY AND IN MOTION ON HIGHWAY
AFTER 14 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP AND 12,500 MILES, THE AUXILLARY BATTERY STOPPED WORKING. WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE WARNING LIGHT INDICATING NO AUXILLARY BATTERY, VEHICLE STALLS WHILE DRIVING (IN MOTION AND STATIONARY), FEATURES LIKE DISTRONIC (CRUISE CONTROL THAT FEATURES DISTANCE FROM THE CAR IN FRONT OF YOU) STOPPED WORKING. BOTH OF THESE ARE SAFETY CONCERNS AS THEY CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ACCIDENTS WHEN THEY OCCUR. DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME THAT THIS WAS A COMMON OCCURRENCE ON 2015 MODELS. THEY ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THIS WOULD BE A RECURRING PROBLEM THROUGHOUT OWNERSHIP. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR WITH THIS TYPE OF DEFECT.
