The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle exhaust fumes were present in the cabin of the vehicle causing the 6-year-old daughter to become ill. Also, the traction stability control warning light would illuminate while driving at various speeds. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who serviced the vehicle for the failures but the failures continued to occur. No further information was available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 42,000.

The car randomly dies. I will come to a stop sign or stop light and it will shut off without warning. Usually I put the car in park and it starts back up without issues. Last time it happened when I started it back up it was stuck in 3rd gear. I've had it towed to Landmark dodge before and they said cam shaft sensor so they replaced it. Then it happened again and they agreed it was the battery. Replaced the battery. Does it again (this last time when it wouldn't come out of 3rd gear. Check engine light now on and no traction control) tow to Landmark they keep it for 3 days and they said it was acting normal and they see nothing wrong. Waiting for it to happen AGAIN. Every time Landmark tells me my car is fine.

Kept smelling gas after filling up and off and on . Did a fill up and gas was so strong had to call a tow truck. Dealership said fuel pump assembly connector had high resistance causing the top of the fuel pump to melt.
No warning lights. Loses power, shuts down when traveling. Must pull over, come to a complete stop, put vehicle in park, wait 2-3 minutes sometime longer before it will start back up, Has been occurring for at least 6`months now. Repair shop/dealer unable to confirm due to the fact that it doesn't occur when test driven!!

Chrysler/|Dodge 300's/Charger have a known issue with door panel warping because of material or design defect. A judged rule 08/26/21 that there is an expressed warranty and that they should be repaired outside of the manufacture's warranty, which is when the defect shows up. I have tried both the dealership and customer care Auburn Hills, Michigan to no avail. I am stuck with making the very costly repair myself on a vehicle that I can't sell for what should be its value without the defect showing. I am a disable veteran and a senior so neither of those prospect are appealing. What can I do to get the dealer to fix the defect in light of the judge's ruling or other consumer protection laws? I need to get a replacement vehicle and can't get a reasonable return on this investment with the defect. Please help me.
Driver Seat will automatically move forward or back during the car actively moving. Moving all the way forward and extending back where unable to reach pedals. Extremely dangerous potentially causing and accident, with serious leg injuries. The emergency break will automatically occur with no vehicles/obstructions that would set off the alert, on the highway , potentially being rear ended. The mechanic referred the contact to the manufacturer to see if the VIN was under recall. The contact notified the manufacturer of the issue and was informed that there was no recall on the vehicle. The manufacturer stated that the vehicle would be repaired under warranty. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer who replaced the driveshaft on the vehicle. The door panels on both drivers door and front passenger door have completely separated from the door exposing airbags and electrical components for windows and locks.
The seatbelt is clicked in the seatbelt light goes off and the the service airbag system light comes on.
both of my front door panels and dash are peeling away. Took vehicle to Redland's Dodge and was told there was nothing they could do. We were instructed to contact Dodge directly. Dodge corporate declined the claim, stating it was not manufacturer defect. I have noticed others Dodge owners with similar complaints.

Door panel is separating from the door and window on the passenger side
Not sure of how to report, but own a 2016 Charger. My panels are coming off of doors. Of course no longer under warranty, but Dodge will not fix. This is my third Charger and I've never had this problem before. Very disappointing. This clearly is due to bad workmanship. Nothing I could have done to prevent this!!! DODGE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FIR THEIR SHABBY WORKMANSHIP!!!!!
AS I WAS CONDUCTING MAINTENANCE ON MY VEHICLE, I HAD SEEN THAT MY VEHICLE'S DRIVE SHAFT IS NOT STABLE AND WHEN I MOVED IT, THE SHAFT WAS ABLE TO MOVE FREELY, AND THE CENTER SUPPORT BEARING WAS WORN DOWN COMPLETELY AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY MY VEHICLE IS NOT FUNCTIONING THE WAY IT SHOULD.

THE ENTIRE DRIVESHAFT OF THE VEHICLE BECOME EXTREMELY LOOSE. THE ENTIRE DRIVESHAFT HAD TO BE REPLACED AS IT WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE WITH THE SHAFT BEING AS LOOSE AS IT WAS. I WAS INFORMED IF THE DRIVESHAFT SEPARATED WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, IT COULD VERY LIKELY LEAD TO LOSS OF CONTROL AND BE FATAL.

ONE DAY WHEN I WAS DRIVING, I HEARD A REALLY LOUD SOUND COMING FROM MY CAR THAT HURT MY EARS SO I DROVE BACK HOME UNDER 5 MILES PER HOUR BECAUSE WHATEVER WAS HITTING UNDER THE HOOD OF MY CAR WAS WAY TOO LOUD. I WAS TOLD THE DRIVESHAFT BROKE AND SLAMMED AGAINST THE ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, ANYTHING BASICALLY CONNECTED TO THE DRIVESHAFT WAS DAMAGED. THEY DIDN'T TOTAL IT OUT AND TOLD ME TO CALL MY INSURANCE BUT THEN THEY SENT ME ELSEWHERE TOO AND FOR 6 MONTHS I COULD NOT GET ANYTHING WORKED OUT. COME TO FIND OUT, THERE WAS A SAFETY RECALL ON 2016 DODGE CHARGERS FOR ONE OF THE REASONS BEING THE DRIVESHAFT NOT BEING TIGHTENED ENOUGH WHEN MADE OR SOMETHING THAT IT BROKE AND COULD POTENTIALLY LEAD TO AN ACCIDENT THAT COULD CAUSE INJURIES! I AM LUCKY THAT I DID NOT GET IN AN ACCIDENT OR HURT BECAUSE IT HAPPENED WHEN I WAS DRIVING. IT SAID THAT THE RECALL WAS COMPLETED BUT OF IT WAS, IT SHOULDNT HAVE BROKE ON MY CAR. I STOPPED PAYING MY LOAN AND EVERYTHING BECAUSE NO ONE WAS TOTALLING IT OUT OR SENDING ME TO SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP SO NOW MY CAR IS REPOSSESSED AND SAYS I STILL OWE ON IT WHICH I FEEL IS WRONG AND I SHOULDNT HAVE THE REPOSSESSION OR BE HAVING TO PAY ANYTHING ON IT.

THE TRUNK LID HAD NO GAP BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE LID AND REAR END, SO THERE WAS A CONSTANT VIBRATION CAUSING THE PAINT TO FLAKE AWAY. IF I STEP ON THE ACCELERATOR TOO HARD, THE ENGINES RPM SHOOTS UP BUT THE ENGINE GETS NO POWER AND THE REMAINS EITHER AT A STAND STILL OR WILL COAST UNTIL THE ISSUE PASSES.

MOST OF ALL OF THESE REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEM AND WHERE NOT FIXED CORRECTLY AND WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND PARTS.

IN A COUPLE YEAR SPAN OF DODGE CHARGERS, THE PANELS ON THE DOORS SEPARATE FROM THE PLASTIC UNDERNEATH CAUSING IT TO LIFT UP WHERE THE WINDOW GOES INTO THE DOOR. ON MINE SPECIFICALLY IT'S THE DRIVERS SIDE PANEL AND THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE PANEL. I HAVE SEEN PICTURES ON FORUMS FOR DODGE CHARGERS WHERE IT'S ALL OF THE DOORS WITH THIS ISSUE. THIS IS CAUSED BY NO FAULT OF THE OWNER BUT CLEARLY SOMEWHERE IN THE MANUFACTURING OF THE VEHICLE EITHER PARTS OR MATERIALS WEREN'T MADE PROPERLY. I HAVE BEEN SMELLING A STRONG GAS ODOR WHILE DRIVING ON THE ROAD ESPECIALLY WHEN THE TANK IS FULL. TODAY WHILE PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY I NOTICED A PUDDLE OF GAS UNDER THE CAR TOO. THE PUDDLE WAS UNDER THE LEFT REAR SEAT. AFTER SOME RESEARCH I FOUND A VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH THESE CARS SEEMS TO BE THE FUEL PUMP UNDER THE REAR SEAT (WHERE MY 6 AND 7 YEAR OLD KIDS SIT). I PULLED UP THE REAR SEAT AND FOUND THE PUMP IS LEAKING THROUGH THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND LARGE AMOUNT OF GAS IS POOLED ON TOP OF THE PUMP!! I USED DOZENS OF PAPER TOWELS TO SOAK IT UP AND IT JUST KEPT COMING OUT. THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR IS ALSO BROWN/BURNED NEAR A COUPLE OF THE PROBES INDICATING THE GAS IS CAUSING A SHORT WITHIN THE PLUG!! I UNPLUGGED THE CONNECTOR AND FOUND THAT THE GAS IS ACTUALLY SPEWING OUT FROM INSIDE THE CONNECTOR ON THE PUMP, WHERE THE PRONGS ARE. RESEARCHING ONLINE I SEE MULTIPLE OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS THAT THE PLASTIC TOP OF THE PUMP CRACKS, AND THERE IS EVEN A WEBSITE THAT SELLS A METAL COVER TO HELP PROTECT THE FUEL PUMP COVER! I SEE MULTIPLE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION IN CHRYSLER VEHICLES AND YET NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT. THE MORE RESEARCH I'M DOING ONLINE THE MORE REPORTS I AM FINDING REGARDING FIRES OCCURRING IN MINOR COLLISIONS THAT SHOULD NOT END THAT WAY. I PULLED OVER TO SEE IF IT WOULD STOP AND IT DIDN'T SO I SLOWLY MADE MY WAY OVER TO FREEDOM CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM BY ED MORSE IN DUNCANVILLE, TX WHERE I WAS TOLD THAT MY IGNITION COILS ARE FAILING AND EVENTUALLY ALL OF THEM WILL FAIL AS THIS IS COMMON IS DODGE VEHICLES. IF THIS IS A KNOWN COMMON PROBLEM, WHY ARE THESE VEHICLES STILL BEING SOLD? WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED? I HAVE SPENT OVER $800 IN REPAIRS ON THIS CAR AND IT'S ONLY A 2016. I DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE PROBLEMS THIS SOON ON SUCH A NEW CAR.
MY CAR WAS PARKED ON A HIT AND RUN ON AUGUST OF 2018. MY CAR WAS PARKED ON A FLOOD MARCH 2019, MY CAR HAS REPAIRS COVERED BY THE INSURANCE OF $19,000 AND IT'S STILL IN THE SHOP. I HONESTLY THINK THAT MY VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE FOR ME TO DRIVE.
TAKATA RECALL. THE INTERIOR OF MY FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER DOORS ARE COMING APART FROM THE BODY OF THE DOOR. SMART DODGE IN PINE BLUFF SAID THEY HAVE SEEN IT ON A FEW OTHER DODGE CHARGERS AS WELL. IT IS A 2016 AND I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP STATED THE ONLY WAY IT CAN BE FIXED IS TO REPLACE THE INSIDE DOOR PANELS. IF THIS IS HAPPENING TO OTHER CHARGERS, SHOULD THERE NOT BE A RECALL ON THEM? THE PICTURE ATTACHED IS OF THE DRIVER SIDE. THE PASSENGER SIDE IS WORSE.
I HAD MY CRUISE SET TO 57, ALL WAS FINE UNTIL I STARTED DOWN A SMALL HILL, MY CAR SPED UP TO 75, I COULD NOT GET CRUISE TO TURN OFF WITH THE BUTTONS OR BREAK,, I PANICKED , AND SLAMMED MY BRAKES, AND IT FINALLY STOPED.
LAST YEAR I HAD THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR PANEL WARP, SEPARATING UP NEXT TO THE WINDOW. IT WAS UNDER REGULAR WARRANTY SO THE DEALER TOOK CARE OF IT. YESTERDAY 8/15/19 THE PASSENGER DOOR DID THE SAME THING AND SEPARATED AT THE WINDOW. DOING RESEARCH ON THIS, I HAVE FOUND MANY PEOPLE WITH DODGE CHARGERS, CHRYSLER 300, THAT ARE HAVING THIS SAME EXACT ISSUE. I AM NOW AT 40500 MILES AND MOST LIKELY DODGE WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF THIS EVEN UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, WHICH MEANS A $1000 REPAIR. WITH AS MANY PEOPLE I HAVE SEEN WHILE RESEARCHING, THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECT WHICH COULD EFFECT SAFETY, ESPECIALLY IF THE WARPING OCCURS AROUND THE DOOR LOCK AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO ESCAPE DURING AN EMERGENCY SITUATION.

MY WIFE BOUGHT ME A 2016 DODGE HELLCAT LABOR DAY WEEKEND SALE, THIS WAS A PRESENT 9/1/2018 I BOUGHT THE LINCOLN 9/2/2018 SHE BOUGHT ME THE HELLCAT. WHEN MY WIFE WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY NEVER TOOK MY WIFE OUT TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR OR GAVE HER THE CAR FAX REPORT OR POINTED OUT ANY DEFECTS. THE DEALER ALSO TOLD MY WIFE THAT WE WERE THE SECOND OWNERS. I HAD TO BUY A CARFAX REPORT TO FIND OUT AND ARGUE WITH THE DEALERSHIP THAT I WAS THE 3RD OWNER. MY WIFE BOUGHT THE HELLCAT 9/2/2018 AND I HAD IT BACK AT THE DEALERSHIP 9/14/2018 FOR MULTIPLE ISSUES 1. RATTLING IN THE FRONT EVERY TIME DRIVE OVER A BUMP 2. THE VEHICLE WOULD PULL TO THE RIGHT. 3. A PIECE OF PAINT ON THE BACK BUMPER WHERE THE TRUNK MET THE BUMPER HAD DAMAGE. 4. TIRES WHERE BALLED ON THE INSIDE TIRE AND LESS THAN 1/32 ON THE OUTSIDE TIRE. ALL THESE ISSUES WERE A FIGHT AND SHOULD'VE NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED, THE DEALERSHIP KNEW ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS AND I STILL HAD TO FIGHT, I ENDED UP PAYING FOR 2 TIRES THE DEALERSHIP HAD MY CAR FOR 49 DAYS AT THE CROWN MOTORS OF REDDING. THE ONLY ISSUES RESOLVED WAS THE TIRES AND PAINT CHIP. THEN 11/12/18 TO 12/3/2018 THE CAR WAS BACK IN THE SHOP A SECOND TIME FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AT THE DODGE ROSEVILLE AUTO MALL TO FIX THE RATTLING PROBLEMS IN THE FRONT. IN BETWEEN THE DATES FROM 11/12 ' 12/3 THE DEALERSHIP CALLED ME UP AND SAID MY VEHICLE WAS READY. MYSELF AND THE SERVICE MANAGER TEST DROVE IT AND DISCOVERED THAT THE NOISE WAS STILL NOT FIXED. 12/3/2018 WE DROVE IT AGAIN AND THE NOISE WAS FINALLY FIXED BUT THE PULLING TO THE RIGHT STILL APPEARED TO STILL BE HAPPENING. I WAS TOLD THAT'S COMMON AFTER A WHEEL ALIGNMENT I WANTED TO DISAGREE, BUT I HAD NO MORE FIGHT LEFT IN ME ESPECIALLY AFTER FINDING OUT ABOUT MY WIFE'S MEDICAL PROBLEMS. I'M JUST DISGUSTED WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION ESPECIALLY WITH THE OWNER OF CROWN MOTORS AND I HAD A CASE WITH THE BBB THAT I WON.
PASSENGER DOOR INTERIOR TRIM IS WRAPPING AND PEELING AS WELL AS FLOOR TRIM OF THE DRIVERS SIDE NEXT TO THE AUTO SHIFT . ALWAYS MAINTAIN MY VEHICLE AND KEPT IT CLEAN AND SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS AND I GOT TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET TO GET IT REPAIRED .MY EXTENDED WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER IT .. I HAVE A 2016 DODGE CHARGER SXT. THE CARS DOOR PANELS ON ALL DOORS HAVE BEGAN TO PEEL BACK. THIS IS CAUSING THE WINDOW FRAMING TO BE EXPOSED AND CAUSING THE WINDOW TO NOT BE PROTECTED. THIS HAS BECOME A NATIONAL PROBLEM WITH THESE DODGE CHARGERS. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OUT THAT CAN COVER THESE ISSUES. THESE ARE NEWER MODEL CARS THAT HAVE DEFECTS THAT SHOULD BE FIXED. A RECALL NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PLACE SO THAT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM THIS ISSUE CAN GET IT REPLACED WITH NO COST OR AT A VERY LOW COST. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
AS REPORTED ON AT LEAST 7 OTHER CARS, THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION ON TOP OF THE FUEL PUMP HEATED UP SO MUCH A HOLE WAS MELTED IN THE PLASTIC ALLOWING FUEL TO ESCAPE THE TANK AND SIT IN A PUDDLE UNDER THE BACK SEAT. THE ODOR OF GAS WAS TOO STRONG TO REMAIN IN THE CAR. POLICE PATROL UNIT, NATCHEZ POLICE, #260. THIS VEHICLE WAS SERVICED BY THE CITY BARN 3/1 AND NO PROBLEM WAS DETECTED. THE PROBLEM BECAME NOTICED OVER THE WEEKEND. THE ATTACHED PICTURE SHOWS THE HEAT SCORCHING WITHIN THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AND THE INVASIVE HOLE AROUND THE RIGHT MOST PIN.
THE FRONT ARM CONTROLS GO OUT QUICKLY. WENT TO A WELL KNOWN MECHANIC SHOP AND WAS INFORMED THIS IS COMMON AND FREQUENT IN CHARGERS AND MY HEADLIGHTS HAVE BLOWN. EVERY OTHER CHARGER I SEE, 2016 AND ABOVE HAVEVAT LEAST ONE HEADLIGHT OUT OR BOTH. THE HEADLIGHT ISSUE IS TOO FREQUENT FOR THIS TO BE JUST WEAR AND TEAR ON SUCH A RECENT VEHICLE. THE SUSPENSION WEARS OUT TOO QUICKLY AND IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE TO HAVE REPAIRED. I OWNED A CAR FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS PREVIOUSLY AND THE SUSPENSION DID NOT SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR UNTIL AT LEAST THAT 4TH OR MAYBE 5TH YEAR. THESE 2 ISSUES I TRULY FEEL ARE A DEFECT WITHIN THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE.

WHEN RETURNING FROM A TRIP TO UPPER MICHIGAN MY WINDSHIELD WAS DIRTY SO I PRESSED THE WINDSHIELD WASHER BUTTON AND NOTHING HAPPENED SO I PRESSED IT AGAIN WITH THE SAME RESULTS, SO WE CONTINUED ON. WE WE ON A 6 LANE HIGHWAY WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL SET AT 72 MPH. WHEN APPROACHING OUR EXIT I NEEDED TO GET AROUND 2 SEMIS SO I STEPPED ON THE GAS AND THE RPM GAUGE WENT TO 5000 RPM AND THE SPEED SUDDENLY DROPPED DOWN TO ABOUT 60 MPH, I TRIED IT AGAIN AND IT DID THE SAME THING. WHEN I FINALLY GOT SAFELY OFF THE HIGHWAY I WENT DIRECTLY TO MY DEALER WHO TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME FOR THE NEXT WEEK. THE DEALER CLEANED THE BRAKES AND REPLACED THE REAR BRAKES AND ROTORS; HOWEVER, THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE SQUEAKING AND JERKING FAILURES. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS; HOWEVER, THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE BRAKE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 14,127.
THE DRIVERS SIDE HEATING VENT BLOWS COLD AIR. THE COLD AIR COMPLETELY FOGGED OVER THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDSHIELD SO YOU CAN'T SEE OUT. HAD TO BEND OVER AND LOOK OUT THE PASSENGER SIDE. DODGE HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM FAR TOO LONG, INVOLVING ALL MODELS, AND NEEDS TO MAKE A FIX. VERY DANGEROUS WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD.

THIS HAS HAPPEND TWICE ON CITY STREETS AND ONCE ON THE HIGHWAY AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS .ALSO THE CAR HAS MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE PAST OWEN PUT INTO PARK AND WILL ROLL AWAY AND SAY SERVICE TRANSMISSION SET PARKING BRAKE AND IF YOU DON'T SET PARKING BRAKE AND TAKE YOUR FOOT OFF THE BRAKE THE CAR WILL STALL, DEALER REPLACED TRANSMISSION MANUAL SERVICE SWITCH AND THE CAR HAS DONE IT 2 TIMES SINCE. THE ATTACHED PICTURE IS THE BURN ON THE INSIDE THE OF TANK. DODGE IS AWARE OF THIS ENOUGH THAT WHEN THEY SELL A NEW PUMP TO REPLACE THEY SUPPLY A NEW WIRING HARNESS WHICH WE THINK MOVES THE GROUND. IN ADDITON ON THIS CAR, WHICH WE WILL CALL 261, THE FILTER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS EXAMINED. A SENSOR CONNECTION IN THE SIDE OF THE FILTER SHOWS SIGNS OF HEAT. THIS IS THE SIXTH CAR THIS FUEL PUMP PIN HOLE MELT HAS OCCURED ON, FROM 2012 TO 2016 MODELS. *TT

AFTER DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY AT NORMAL HIGHWAY SPEEDS, I PARKED MY CAR IN A MOTEL PARKING LOT, GOT OUT, AND NOTICED OIL SPRAYED ONTO THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT AND BACK DOORS INCLUDING PART OF THE REAR BUMPER, SAW OIL SPRAYED ON THE PASSENGER FRONT TIRE, AND NOTICED A PUDDLE OF OIL ON THE GROUND UNDER THE PASSENGER FRONT DOOR . AFTER CHECKING THE OIL DIPSTICK, IT REGISTERED ZERO OIL. NO WARNING LIGHTS OR SOUND ALERTED ME THAT THE OIL LEVEL WAS LOW. I TOWED MY CAR TO THE DEALER AND THEY FOUND THAT AN OIL COOLER HOSE RUPTURED AND RESULTED IN COMPLETE OIL LOSS. IT IS STILL IN THE SHOP WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT HOSE. THIS DEFECTIVE HOSE PROBLEM WAS FOUND ON 2017 CHARGER MODELS THAT COULD RESULT IN ENGINE SEIZURE OR FIRE AND THEY WILL BE RECALLED IN SEPTEMBER 2018. APPARENTLY SOME 2016 MODELS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I WANT TO MAKE SURE THE REPLACEMENT HOSE THE DEALER ORDERED IS A NEW TYPE DESIGNED NOT TO FAIL LIKE THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT TO AVOID A POTENTIAL DISASTER IN THE FUTURE WHILE I'M DRIVING THE CAR.

THIS IS VERY EVIDENT WHEN DRIVING IN MIXED TRAFFIC. VEHICLES WITH TWO SEPARATE LIGHTS ARE EASIER TO JUDGE DISTANCE AND SPEED DIFFERENCES. Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain Mopar Stage 1 Kit Performance Packages Powertrain Control Modules (PCM) Part Numbers P5160023, P5160025, and Demon Crate PCM Part Number 68412287AA.
